What is the outer shell material? Can it withstand ultraviolet rays and extreme weather?

 The outer shell is supported by a Q235B steel frame, covered with fluorocarbon-coated aluminum, with an internal heat-insulating glass layer and airtight fabric. A composite insulation layer, such as rock wool, is added in between, making it both durable and energy-efficient. The fluorocarbon coating enhances UV resistance, preventing fading and cracking. The Q235B steel frame combined with coated aluminum improves structural stability and corrosion resistance. Combined with the airtight fabric and heat-insulating glass, it achieves excellent insulation and sealing. The entire structure can withstand winds of level 11-12, is cold and heat resistant (suitable for temperatures from -30℃ to 50℃), and is waterproof and corrosion resistant, easily handling extreme climates.

What are the requirements for the installation foundation? Can it be placed directly on grass?

No complex foundation is required for installation. The ground slope should be ≤3° and the load-bearing capacity ≥5-8KN/㎡. It can be placed directly on compacted grass. For long-term use, a mobile base is recommended.

What is the overall lifespan? Which parts need to be replaced periodically?

The overall service life is 20-50 years. It is necessary to replace the sealing strips (every 2-3 years), electrical components (every 3-5 years) and other vulnerable parts regularly. Other parts only need to be inspected and maintained annually.
